3. Bookings & Payments

  • Full payment must be received within the agreed period before the start of the tour.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or other approved payment methods.

  • Prices may be quoted in USD or TZS and are subject to change before booking confirmation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

  • Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy:

    • 60+ days before tour: [e.g., 75% refund]

    • Less than 30 days: No refund

  • Certain third-party costs (park fees, hotel deposits) may be non-refundable.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • You must ensure that you are physically fit for activities such as trekking and safaris.

  • You are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents (passport, visa, permits).

  • You must comply with the instructions of our guides for your safety and the safety of others.

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for certain trips.

6. Health & Safety

  • Mountain trekking and safari activities involve inherent risks.

  • It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions that may affect your participation.

  • We are not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents beyond our control.

7. Changes to Itineraries

We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, park regulations, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by natural disasters, political events, transport issues, or other force majeure events.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the booked service.

9. Intellectual Property
